1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website or by engaging Climbflow Heating & Air for any services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Climbflow Heating & Air provides a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning ("HVAC") services in Wake County and Zebulon, NC. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Emergency HVAC services
A detailed description of services offered and pricing will be provided in a separate estimate or service agreement for each project.

3. Estimates and Service Agreements

Before performing any service, Climbflow Heating & Air will provide you with a written estimate outlining the scope of work, estimated cost of materials and labor, and estimated timeline for completion. For larger projects, a formal service agreement may be used. You must agree to and sign the estimate or service agreement before work can begin.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined in the estimate or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

5. Warranties

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
